SSB endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days inside Dhaka Metro and 2-7 working days outside of Dhaka Metro following confirmation of an order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. Deliveries inside Dhaka Metro will be home delivery and deliveries outside of Dhaka Metro may or may not be home delivery that’s depends on Courier company. You can cancel your order when we call you for order confirmation. If once you confirmed your order and after that you want cancel your order you have to pay the delivery charge. And if you made the payment for your order and want to cancel your order you will get refund within 15-20 working days.
SSB guarantees a full refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. If you receive any defective products as like (scratch on the product, shoes’s thread is torn) and any other problem than you have to claim for return within 24 hours from the time you receipt. After claiming the return you have to bring that product to our showroom or you can send that product via courier and you have to bear the courier charge. After receiving the products we will exchange that product within 5-15 days. Used or Worn products won’t be change. We have own size measurement chart for shoes size, before you order from us you must be follow the chart. If you don’t follow the chart and order from us and after delivery you want to change that will be depends on the availability of the products. In this case you can’t request for refund, you can exchange your product with another product which is same price as your product price if the products are available.
