Refund and Returns Policy
Retuns
SSB guarantees a full refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. If you receive any defective products as like (scratch on the product, shoes’s thread is torn) and any other problem than you have to claim for return within 24 hours from the time you receipt. After claiming the return you have to bring that product to our Maniknagar showroom or you can send that product via courier and you have to bear the courier charge. After receiving the products we will exchange that product within 5-15 days. Used or Worn products won’t be change. We have own size measurement chart for shoes size, before you order from us you must be follow the chart. If you don’t follow the chart and order from us and after delivery you want to change that will be depends on the availability of the products. In this case you can’t request for refund, you can exchange your product with another product which is same price as your product price if the products are available.
Refund
Thanks for purchasing our products at SSB. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 working days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For Bkash payment it may take 15-20 working days and for Bank payment it may take 20-25 working days. The amount of refund less than 500 taka will be mobile recharge to your mobile number and the amount of refund more than 500 will be Bkash or Bank transfer. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
