Prices and Delivery Charges

The prices displayed on the site does not include a delivery charge. Prices in store and online may vary. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. The ordering option available to you are via ssbleather.com, If you have ordered through facebook message and for some reason the message goes down,If our agent fails to confirm the order then it will not carry the liability SSB leather,Of course you have to order from the website Cash on delivery system only applicable for Dhaka Metro orders. You have to pay the full amount to confirm the order from outside of Dhaka Metro. Once you have placed your order, we will call you for order confirmation and if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using Bkash or Mobile recharge

SSB endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days inside Dhaka Metro and 2-7 working days outside of Dhaka Metro following confirmation of an order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. Deliveries inside Dhaka Metro will be home delivery and deliveries outside of Dhaka Metro may or may not be home delivery that’s depends on Courier company. What to do about missing product- The product must be checked in front of the delivery man at the time of receipt or if there is any doubt after receiving the product, you must Make unboxing video & inform us, otherwise the SSB leather authority is not responsible.

You can cancel your order when we call you for order confirmation. If once you confirmed your order and after that you want cancel your order you have to pay the delivery charge. And if you made the payment for your order and want to cancel your order you will get refund within 15-20 working days.

SSB guarantees a full refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. If you receive any defective products as like (scratch on the product, shoes’s thread is torn) and any other problem than you have to claim for return within 24 hours from the time you receipt. After claiming the return you have to bring that product to our showroom or you can send that product via courier and you have to bear the courier charge. After receiving the products we will exchange that product within 5-15 days. Used or Worn products won’t be change. We have own size measurement chart for shoes size, before you order from us you must be follow the chart. If you don’t follow the chart and order from us and after delivery you want to change that will be depends on the availability of the products. In this case you can’t request for refund, you can exchange your product with another product which is same price as your product price if the products are available.

Thanks for purchasing our products at SSB. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 working days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For Bkash payment it may take 15-20 working days and for Bank payment it may take 20-25 working days. The amount of refund less than 500 taka will be mobile recharge to your mobile number and the amount of refund more than 500 will be Bkash or Bank transfer. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We provided our call center service Saturday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.- 09610-957957 In campaign time we receive huge amount of call and because of that sometimes you can’t reached to our call center, and for any unexpected events ( load shedding, internet disconnection, technical failure and many more) if you can’t reached to our call center we are not responsible for that. In this case we suggest to our customer that if you can't reach to our customer care center than massage us to our facebook page or group we will reply you as soon as possible
